Terms of Service

Terms of Service:

• All clearance items, discounted items or orders using a coupon are final and cannot be canceled.
• You may cancel a regularly priced purchase prior to the item(s) being shipped.
• Canceled orders may be credited back to your account for 100% store credit or back to your method of payment minus 5% fee to cover your charges on the canceled order.
• Orders that have already been shipped - cannot be canceled and customer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back.
• Please email the order number to hello@sociallydesignedhome.com to request to cancel an order and the method in which you would like to be reimbursed. No order is canceled until confirmation has been sent by a customer service representative.
